2023 United States Association of Small Business and Entrepreneurship (USASBE) Entrepreneurship Excellence in Pedagogical Innovation Award
The USASBE Excellence in Pedagogical Innovation Awards recognizes colleges and universities for innovation in entrepreneurial education at the course level. These innovations are assessed based on creativity, quality, sustainability, and impact. This award category celebrates innovation in entrepreneurial education at the course level.
2021 Dan Cohen named Master Educator by the Annals of Entrepreneurship Education & Pedagogy
Each year, the Annals of Entrepreneurship Education & Pedagogy selects five professors worldwide to share their insights in the field, writ large, on what they have learned over the course of their careers teaching and researching entrepreneurship. 2021 represented the third cohort ever selected, and the five professors chosen hailed from top universities including MIT, Oxford, University of California, and Berkeley among others.
2010 United States Association of Small Business and Entrepreneurship (USASBE) National Model Entrepreneurship Program
The USASBE Model Program Awards recognize colleges and universities that provide comprehensive, bold, high quality educational programs that train future generations of entrepreneurs. The program must have an established record of accomplishment for a minimum of three years. This award category recognizes the comprehensiveness of a curricular program.
2008 Global Consortium of Entrepreneurship Centers (GCEC) Excellence in Entrepreneurship Teaching & Pedagogical Innovation
This award honors a center that has developed a significant original innovation in entrepreneurship pedagogy. Selection criteria include differentiation from existing programs, measurable learning outcomes, student engagement and stakeholder support.
2008 Global Consortium of Entrepreneurship Centers (GCEC) Exceptional Activities in Entrepreneurship Across Disciplines
This award honors a center dedicated to creating, advancing, and enabling entrepreneurship education opportunities to multiple audiences and units across campus. Selection criteria will include creativity of multidisciplinary approach, measured impact across campus, and diversity of partners and stakeholders.
