i2i - A Competition of Great Ideas

This competition, called the Inspiration to Innovation (i2i) Competition, encourages participants to take concepts that already exist in nature, science, the arts or business and consider how the principles might apply to an opportunity identified in a different context. Innovation leads to the implementation of novel valuable ideas, and we're looking for the best.  In other words, we're looking for great mash-ups! 

To get inspired, follow this link and read about some of these really intriguing ideas that spawned some great - real - new products.  These weren't part of this competition, but this is the type of idea we are looking for.

The competition is open to any WFU students from any discipline or school, undergraduate or graduate.

Submission consists of the last page of the application and must be returned by 5 p.m. Nov. 18th, 2011 in order to secure participation in the November 19th 2011 competition.  Please submit your application to wfuentclub@gmail.com. Participants will be notified of their presentation time following the Nov. 18th deadline.  Good Luck!
