John Saidnawey is the President and COO of JOH and has been in the CPG industry for 34 years. He started at JOH in 1982 as a Retail Merchandiser and throughout his career has become highly regarded as an industry leader. John has a true passion for the industry. He served on five broker advisory committees including Colgate Palmolive, Gillette, Solo Cup Company, Continental Mills, and Idahoan Foods, and he has served on the advisory boards of CVS Health, Ahold USA, and Delhaize America. He is a contributor to the Grocery Manufacturers Association on the Industry Development Board and Sales Agency Committee. John has also been an editorial contributor, having two articles published: Maximizing the Impact of Outsourcing, Bain & Company and Sustainability Trends and Shopper Insights, Deloitte.
True to the culture of JOH, John believes deeply in giving back to the community and currently serves as President of the Kids 360 Charity. He was also President and a Director of the New England Food Foundation from 1994-2011. As an avid cyclist, John has participated in six Best Buddies Challenges and six Pan-Mass Challenges, raising over $50,000 for charity. John lives in Massachusetts with his lovely wife Pam of 26 years and his two sons, JP and Kyle.
