Homecoming 2015: September 25-26

Last year, CICE gave current students and alum a creative opportunity to define what entrepreneurship means. Balloons waved to and fro in front of Reynolda Hall with words written from the hearts and minds of Wake Forest Demon Deacons.  Watch for details on the upcoming events for Homecoming 2015.

Chat with Founder of Tilt

Alum James Beshara was awarded the ICE Excellence in Entrepreneurship award for 2015 and shared his experiences and insight on entrepreneurship as the Founder of Tilt - one of the most successful funding platforms today.

A Hot Dog With A Twist

Congratulations Swizzler for ranking in the top 101 BEST Food Trucks by Daily Meal!  Recent entrepreneur grads, Jesse Konig, Ben Johnson and Jack Zimmerman, will be making their return to WFU at the end of September to share their innovative Swizzler hot dogs all on four wheels.

Be Inspired....Cool Stuff!

What happens when a biology professor and a computer science professor link up?  What happens when nature inspires innovation?  What happens when a team of people think creatively about how to solve a problem?  COOL STUFF.

Congratulations Prof. Black!

Polly Black, AVP and Director of the Center for Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship and part time Professor of Practice, was awarded the 2014-2015 Undergraduate Adjunct Faculty Teaching Award by the WFU School of Business.
Congratulations Professor Black!

DashPop!  Year-long class project comes to life with music festival.

DashPop – whose name is derived from the famous dash that united Winston with Salem – is the creation of a new yearlong entrepreneurship class at WFU that challenged students to put on an actual music festival. The festival featured a variety of artists of various genres.  The acts performed at outdoor stages and inside downtown clubs.
